Prior to the introduction of Karlite and Mother of Pearl, Plasticiet developed a terrazzo-like material as an alternative to traditional concrete and epoxy-based terrazzo.

Plasticiet Black Rock

Polystyrene solid surface sheet with a black and white terrazzo effect. Black Rock was used in the Architecture Biennale Kortrijk project as an entrance desk.

Polycarbonate solid surface sheet with a colourful terrazzo effect.

Plasticiet Rhinestone Black

Venetian terrazzo styled polystyrene solid surface sheet with large colourful terrazzo chips.

Plasticiet Blizzard

Polystyrene solid surface sheet with a white and black terrazzo effect. Blizzard was used in the Wieden+Kennedy project for benches and sidetables as well as the Adidas Terrex project as wall panelling.

Polycarbonate solid surface sheet with a subtle terrazzo effect.

Plasticiet Chocolate Factory

Polycarbonate solid surface sheet made of recycled chocolate moulds with a colourful terrazzo effect. Chocolate Factory was used in the Hillside House project as kitchen island cladding and drawer fronts.

Plasticiet Rhinestone 2.0

Venetian terrazzo styled polystyrene solid surface sheet with large colourful terrazzo chips. Rhinestone 2.0 was used in the Ace & Tate collaboration for the full interior of their Antwerp store as well as the Topbun project as restaurant tables and Benches.
